Initial phone screen by a non IT person. Teams interview with main person. Main person late to interview, already made up his mind on another candidate and was totally disinterested in my comments, not personable and made you feel worthless. Questions on what he was looking for was totally not on the job description. No matter what I said, all he was looking for was a reason to end the interview, less than 20 minutes.
