Entrevista
Applied through university recruiting. Within a couple weeks was contacted for a phone interview. This was very informational, conversational, and I've heard they (like most companies) are mostly interested in the questions you ask them and that you demonstrate legitimate interest. Within a few days following the phone interview, was asked to take a skills assessment. It took nearly 3 hours, so not my favorite, but it was problem solving in the area that I like so it wasn't terrible. A few days after I took the skills assessment I was invited on site. My onsite interview lasted from about 10 til 2. It was mostly fun stuff, with a technical case study interview thing and an HR wrap-up/interview. The campus was beautiful, the employees were friendly, the food was fabulous.

Filled out an online form at a college campus job fair, was contacted via email for a phone call, then a skills assessment, and then invited for an onsite interview

The interview was fairly easy - asked about my education , why I wanted to work there, about myself, the usual. Was offered the technical interview a few hours after my phone interview. The technical interview was pretty difficult - a lot of math, pattern recognition, and faux code to analyze.

Applied directly at a career fair and was then asked to complete a technical exam online. The next step was a pretty informal phone screening, and then I was sent out for an in-person interview.
