I was contacted by Epic via Monster.com and decided to send in my resume. About 2 -3 weeks later they contacted me back asking me to fill out a personality test. A few days later, I was contacted again to schedule a phone interview. The following week I had my phone interview which was given by another trainer (a big plus for me- the last few interviews I've had have all been with HR people who didn't know a thing about the position I was applying for. It was nice being able to talk to someone at Epic who worked in the position I wanted and could answer all of my questions). Overall, the interview was very laid back. I was asked questions about my college GPA, SAT scores, did I go straight from high school to college and where I saw myself in 5 years. Then I was allowed to ask a few questions which I felt was answered honestly. I haven't heard anything back since, so I guess we'll see.
