For the accounting financial analyst role, Epic will fly you to Madison for a night and a day of interviews if you make it past the phone interview and the online exams. They really just want to see if you are a bright person and if understand how to prioritize tasks, because both are extremely important in your day to day work. Although you have multiple interviews during the day, only one with be with a senior member of the accounting team.
Easy and self explanatory. Basic questions and a straightforward process over all. Nothing really stood out as difficult or out of the norm. Interview took about an hour and job offer came relatively fast after that.

There was a group of candidates there for multiple positions.
Amazing campus but it felt like I was mistaken for a coding/developer position during the test as the questions were unrelated to the job. There was nobody nearby to ask during that phase so I had to guess my way through it.
