Me postulé a través de una facultad o universidad. El proceso tomó 2 meses. Acudí a una entrevista en Epic (Verona, WI) en oct 2018
Entrevista
Applied at university career fair. Within a few days, we had scheduled a phone interview which was mainly a screening. It was talking for half an hour with a project manager about the company and the role. It was definitely mostly me asking questions and engaging in conversation.
A month after the phone screening without hearing from them, they offered to fly me out to Madison. They put us up in a hotel and that night I had dinner with 3 other candidates and a project manager. It was all very casual and low key.
The next day, the interview consisted of a presentation that lasted for 10 minutes. I made it up sitting in the waiting room so it's not hard. It's mostly to see if you have confidence and can speak clearly.
A lot of the day consisted of getting tours and talking with people about the role. There was one 30 minute behavioral interview and one 30 minute group case interview (it wasn't challenging or like a typical case interview). If you've worked on a group project before, you'll be fine for this portion.
Then there was an interview with HR where they asked about salary expectations and some more behavioral questions.
The process is very intense. Three or more hours of explanation, exams, and a presentation I had to create. The exams were both logic games and a personality test. I was preparing for weeks.

Explain a process that you find interesting. This can be any process - manufacturing, distribution of products, or a method to create something.
Not invested in who they're hiring if they rely heavily on multiple assessments for applicants to take (personality quiz, etc). These are unpaid and take hours. A poor use of time.
Intro zoom call, and several hours of tests on a lockdown browser before even getting to have the first ten minute phone interview. Phone interview was basically combing through my resume and any gaps.
