Entrevista
Found Epic at a career fair... A week later, they e-mailed me, followed by a phone interview, and finished with a day of interviewing in Verona. It is an all day experience. You will get a look at the culture (very young people in general) and the architecture (my favorite part) in the general tours. You will also speak 1-1 with people about in role. During this part you have the opportunity to ask questions about the job, the employee's perspective, etc. Then you are interviewed by someone in the role you are interviewing for. Also, scattered throughout the day is an intelligence test - has some basic english/math riddle/problems as well as some elementary coding (don't worry they teach you everything as you go along).
My advice, while you are at the interview, really make sure you know what you are getting into. Ask the employees what their least favorite parts are, what surprised them the most, what they found to be least like their interview, etc.

The interview was an entire day trip. They paid for my travel to Madison, WI and reimbursed all of the expenses that I had during my stay. I interviewed with a group of about 10 others, and our different "stations" included a skills test, a one-on-one interview, informational sessions, and a lot of campus related information including a full tour. The process was long-winded and I was exhausted by the end of it. However, everyone was extremely nice and welcoming.

I applied online after receiving an email from an HR rep who saw my resume. Within a few days I was contacted to schedule a phone interview. The phone interview was with a Technical Problem Solver and was very relaxed. She asked why I wanted to work for Epic and described her role to me. She let me ask her more questions than I was probably asked. After the phone interview, within a few days I was contacted to schedule an online exam. The online exam was two parts. One was a multiple choice about a made up programming language. The other was four coding problems. The first two coding problems were simple and the last two were very difficult. I wrote something down for all of them but did not feel that I did well on this part. However, I was still contacted about a week or two later for an onsite interview. The onsite interview took up about 4 or 5 hours. They give a demo on the software, free lunch, and campus tour. There were more tests onsite. Two more tests which I believe were logic and IQ tests maybe. Also, a behavioral situation assessment. One real interview about yourself with an HR rep. Overall, the tests were the most stressful. Everyone was very nice and the campus was beautiful. I received an offer from Epic for Technical Problem Solver.

I applied online and had a very casual phone interview the day after I applied. It was only 35 minutes long and the questions were very general. There was no technical question. I got an email saying I need to take an assessment test a few hours after the interview.
