Entrevista
I was contacted by a recruiter who told me to apply for the job. I filled out the application and received a response within a couple of hours about a phone interview. The phone interview was set up the following Monday. During that time, I was told to complete the Skills Assessment for the non-technical. The test consisted of about 4 parts. There was one 2 minute section on quick written math questions. Then there were 2 other logic sections, and a lastly a pseudo-coding question. The programming test was very simple and was super easy to follow. The phone interview was very relaxed and went much like a conversation. It seemed as if the interviewer wanted to sell the company and job to me, versus me selling me to the company and job. Within a week, I received confirmation of an onsite interview. I will be flying out to Wisconsin in January and will leave a follow up review of the onsite visit.
Consisted of a full day of interviews and additional sessions to learn more about the company. Overall enjoyable and informative day that gave me a good look of the company and what my role would be.

Standard phone screens, then an in person visit consisting of several interviews, a group problem solving activity, and a presentation. The visit also consisted of a campus tour and a chance to get to know other candidates/talk casually to current employees

Entrevista
The process began with an initial phone screening, followed by an online personality test and skills assessment. They then invite you to their campus for an in-person interview. While on their campus, you meet current employees, tour their campus, take a couple of written assessments, and interview with an HR rep.
