I was contacted by a recruiter that had seen my resume at my career services center at my university. I submitted my resume, and was sent an online personality test to fill out a few days later. The next step was a phone interview. I was contacted a few weeks later to schedule a trip up to Madison, which they paid for. They sent an employee to take me and a small group of other potential candidates for dinner and a short tour of the city. The interview day was the next day. It consisted of a structured schedule of different employees showing aspects of the company, as well as three tests to take in an hour and a half, that consisted of a verbal and reasoning test, and a programming logic type test. That was followed by one on one interviews. In the interview, they gave you several scenarios and asked to explain how you would work through them. The day ended with an HR interview, and a short, very limited time math test.
