Applied through the website and they contacted me the next day. Set up a phone interview, technical assessment, and one of those personality surveys. Technical assessment is pretty easy as long as you understand the logic of writing code. Phone interview was really relaxed. Didn't really feel like an interview since the interviewer only asked a couple questions then explained the position more.

The interview was fairly easy - asked about my education , why I wanted to work there, about myself, the usual. Was offered the technical interview a few hours after my phone interview. The technical interview was pretty difficult - a lot of math, pattern recognition, and faux code to analyze.

Applied directly at a career fair and was then asked to complete a technical exam online. The next step was a pretty informal phone screening, and then I was sent out for an in-person interview.
