Easy laid back, know jeppeson symbols. Most of the interview is IFR regulations and Jepesson knowledge. Some tell me about a time questions but, just don’t be a weirdo, they don’t expect you to know everything.

All candidates were provided an overview together then interviewed one at a time. Interviews were conducted by a pilot and HR person with flying questions interspersed with leadership and decision making questions.
