I scheduled a phone interview with Envision it lasted about 15 minutes. They asked what kind of compensation I was looking for and what was my present salary. After telling her my current salary she stated that she could most likely give me 5K more than what I was currently making but first she had to "crunch some numbers". She stated I would be getting an email in a few minutes with all the job info. I needed to read over it and let her know if I was still interested in the job. After not receiving the email the entire afternoon I reached out to her. The next day I received an email saying that her team team decided to consider other candidate with a smaller salary range (less than I was currently was making). Basically, she lied when I was told she was going to "crunch numbers". She had no intention of getting back with me until I reached out to her. I looked up the salaries for this position with the actual company that the job was for, the salaries are exceptionally larger than what Envision was offering. Bottom line, don't waste your time.

Applied online and quickly heard back from the recruiter. Had a 10 minute phone screen about the position and asking when I could interview. Emailed me some helpful info on how to handle the interview. After the one interview with the client, I waited and heard nothing about the status of my application. They said they would move very quickly... I don't think I'll ever hear from them again.
