A recruiter contacted me and asked general questions about my software development experience, salary requirements and security clearance. A few days later, an in-person interview was set up and I was interviewed by two managers. They were both very friendly and asked questions on my work experience, types of technical documents I've produced, software development processes, and software development tools used. There was not any testing of technical skills.

Entrevista
The questions were standard and straightforward. There was nothing on technical questions. It was a phone call. Got an offer less than 2 weeks. Overall it was a fast decision by the employer.
