I applied online. I was then sent an email asking if I was interested in continuing on in the process. This was obvious since I applied. After I responded affirmatively, I got scheduled for a 1 30 minute video screen. Deep into the interviewer it became clear that I was being interviewed for another position in the same department but this was never made clear prior for unknown reasons. Upon researching the interviewer's background, I could begin to understand the curt nature of the interviewer who came from staffing industry. I was asked about my compensation wishes and then informed they would get back to me after the holidays since I interviewed in late November. Questions during the interview were extremely basic. I had to interject at the end before the interview ended to even allow myself to ask questions. May be the right environment for some but not me so I withdrew myself from consideration for all roles shortly after this screen.
