Interview process wasn't so much an interview but really a meet and greet with the HR head, operations manager, and lab supervisor giving a tour of the company and building while informing you on what the position is and does asking you the whole time if "that sounds okay with you" to see either how you react or see how prepared you are to move waters samples from one room to another as if its a difficult high stress position. Everyone was very nice and friendly but seem like they are caught up in their work, making it seem more stressed and more difficult than it really is. If your a quick moving organized person this position seems straightforward and quite simple.
