Interview was with a panel of three highly qualified EPA staff. Interview lasted for 45 minutes, with last 15 minutes of overview and and questions. A set of 10 questions, most of which were behavorial and didn't have much to do with the job itself or specifically on experiences I have had. Two of the people were in the department I was applying to, while one was from an outside department. Said they would notify me 2+ months after.

Went through 3 rounds of interviews. Fitst two rounds included the same interview questions. I think they have a set list of questions they are required to ask. First interview was over the phone. Second was a video interview. Third was in-person.
