Quick phone call with CEO followed by a same-day, in person interview which included a challenging and fun XL case study. Took two, online personality/skills-assessment tests and then had two, on-site interview days with various employees. Rigorous process, but friendly and fair and I grew to respect the company with how carefully they selected employees.
