Applied online, received an invite for an interview several days later (3-5 business days). Very laid back interview with two developers (likely the one(s) you would be working for), where you're asked a standardized series of questions regarding yourself, availability for the position, and your technical skill set. There are no programming questions, and instead a focus on your experience and familiarity with various technologies and platforms. The major focus in the interview is your skills and experience, not necessarily your academic performance; projects and work experience are more important here than your CGPA. Be prepared to explain (and have) a couple of experiences out of the classroom where you applied technologies of interest to them (.NET/Python/Java to name a few), and you've got a solid chance of getting the job. I received an offer a few days after that, and received my first instructions by e-mail a few days before my starting date.
