I sent my resume into Enverus and few weeks later I received an email requesting that I take an online assessment. After completing the assessment I received another email from one of the recruiters requesting to set up an appointment for an initial phone interview. After setting up our appointment window the recruiter emailed me 30 minutes before our scheduled conversation and requested a reschedule because he/she had overbooked their day. Totally understandable, so I had no issue with that. We rescheduled for the following week and again 30 minutes before our scheduled conversation the recruiter sends me another email asking we reschedule because of an unexpected meeting. Also they will be out the following week so I will need to pick a time the week they return. I emailed the recruiter letting them know my availability and never received any correspondence back. I followed up with the recruiter on the week they were supposed return from PTO and received an email that was supposed to be emailed to a different candidate for a different position. After letting the recruiter know about the mixup, they cancelled the meeting and never sent me a follow up email. I have sent 3 follow ups to this particular recruiter and have received 0 feedback. I don’t usually leave negative reviews but this particular experience was exceptionally awful. As a job seeker this an extremely hard pill to swallow. I’d rather get response that says I “have not been selected” or “the position has been filled.” To not get any feedback whatsoever after two cancelled appointments shows an extreme lack of business acumen. I was super excited to get this process started, only to be let down. I expected a lot more from this company

2 one hour interview sessions with Key Accounts Sales Director and then Team lead, behavioral interview. The interviews were separately held with each interviewer. A series of questions and answers to test your thought process as well as your grit. One thing they are looking for is your ability to close them on offering you a job, something I failed to do.
