Short call with recruiter followed by a 2 hour video call with the main engineer and a manager. Very old school interview. Instead of the standard (coding challenge, second interview, third interview) there's just this one two hour long interview. As previous reviews correctly state, it suits somebody who has excellent underlying understanding of OOP and data structures, and can articulate it clearly under pressure. You are basically being relentlessly asked questions from start to finish. There isn't much effort to get to know you as a person and the main interviewer seemed very aloof. On the other hand, the major positive is that it is the only interview you need to do and it's a useful experience if only to work out the areas you need to toughen up your knowledge. They do seem very knowledgeable, particularly the principle engineer and the product itself is very interesting so I imagine it would be a very good place to work for a graduate.
