Applied in September through careers website and interviewed in mid-October on campus. Interviewed with one person with behavioral and resume based questions. No technical. Then another 30 minute interview with HR manager. Two weeks later, called to invite me back to their second round interview in Houston at the end of October (flew to Houston). It was two one hour interviews, one with the manager and another with the director. First interview was very nice with lots of situation type questions. The second one was situation and technical questions. The second interviewer had a pre-made list of questions, all very similar questions. The first interviewer was a lot more relaxing after a few questions, second one was pretty intimidating. Though both were nice people. Very nice place to work at.
