Filled out online application (with a very strong referral from someone who’s been with the company for almost 15 years) . I received the first on camera interview a couple weeks later. At the end, they wanted me to do my 2nd interview the following day. Both interviews went great, and the interviewers were super nice and easy to talk to. About a week later, I got an email saying they wanted to move forward with a background check. That took about a week due to some minor hiccups with verifying previous employment- an issue on their end, but I was very prompt and provided any and all information I could. Once everything was cleared and good to go, i was formally offered a position the next day. A few days later, they reached out to go over my training, what to expect, set up instructions, benefits available, and to set my schedule after training (which I was able to choose for the most part. Super happy about that!).
