The interviewers explained that the job required a lot of work and dedication. They asked about my personality, work habits, past experience. They asked for a background check and wanted to know about my driving record. Great company and great group of guys. The interview took place at the office in the meeting room.

Had an interview over the phone, wanted me to know the history of the company. Then they just asked behavioral questions, also wanted to know if i was clean with no tattoos for a desk position.

45 minute phone interview and then 2 hour in person interview in which half is an online assessment. Thorough and relatively relaxed environment. Be prepared for lots of questions and questions about previous roles.

Easy enough interviews. Very likeable HR reps but tone turned once i raised the question of career path for this role - stressing the eventual - not with a 'can't wait to put my time in and move up kind of attitude.' After that all questions became the same one reworded.
