Applied online and then met with a recruiter for a first interview. I was then offered a second interview with a branch manager and after that I was offered the internship. The interview at the branch involved sitting down and interviewing with the branch manager and then getting a tour of the branch as well shadowing a management trainee to get a feel for what the job would be like.
