Very easy and straight forward. It's a 3 tier process where after you apply online you have a zoom interview, after that step you go in person for an observation and sit down with the branch manager of the location, and if you get past that step you have one final interview with the area manager.

Detailed discussion and interview process. A few rounds meeting the team and explaining the process of the branch. They try to understand how you work and what drives you to see if you are decent fit
3 part interview. First on the phone, second is an observation and third is the final interview. Very easy if you commit to it. Just read the description of the role and cater your answers around that

It was a three stage process in total. First stage was a telephone interview. The second stage was a phone interview and the third stage was an in branch interview. All interviewers were professional and pleasant throughout the process.
