I applied directly at the branch, the manager did the application for me essentially. the rest was straightforward, HR contacted me and I had 2 interviews (HR call, in person with area manager). Both were simple and straightforward, no trick questions, just seeing your motivations/personality.

I interviewed with the Branch Manager and Regional Director. The interview covered basic questions mostly focused on customer service experiences. It lasted a little less than an hour, and everyone was very kind.
