the interview process was long and had multiple steps. You first meet with talent acquisition. Then you interview with the Area manager, then interview with the Branch manager. They call to tell you if you got the job either same day or the very next day.

I had three round of interviews the first and last weren’t that bad, but my second interview with the district manager, I sweat so much. It was really intense. They want competitive people, so most everyone is an athlete. The job itself is long hours, and highly tracked activy and sales.
