On board final round interview, four employees interview together but some of them didn't open videos and also didn't explain well for the questions. Nothing about the algorithm or coding. They focus on your experiences and would ask for detail explanation, and also, they gave scenarios and asked for solutions. Not friendly for new grad.

I was asked to do a one-way video interview, which is already bad enough, but to make it worse, this was before I even spoke to anyone from the actual company.
Technical interview, it lasted for 1 hour with short 5min intro. Started with casual opening conversation explaining what they do in the team and what they expect from the intern
