Entrevista
There are three interviews involved, all three are 1:1. The first round is with the HR supervisor, second round with a Branch Manager, and third round with an Area Manager.
I will only be describing the first round. You start off with the simplest math/alphabetizing test. The HR supervisor will then ask about your resume and basically is trying to find out whether you fit the ERAC "culture" or not. You should have relevant experience (whether in retail, sales, etc...) where you can talk about how your job was performance driven (meeting last year's figures, target sales per day/week, etc...) and talk about how you like friendly competition. The job seems to be very competitive, with all the Management Trainee's applying for the Assistant Manager position when the time comes. You need to enjoy working with people (obviously) and need to be okay working under stressful and unexpected situations.
Interview was very relaxed and the HR supervisor was very friendly. Not much talk about how much you know about the company or its competitors, just to find out whether you fit their employee culture.

The interview was lasting 3 minutes and was abruptly ended by the interviewer. I was not happy about this. I was not asked any questions from my side. Please do not apply to this job.

Process was pretty straight forward. Had first interview with the recruiter, second interview was with the area manager, received an offer after via phone. Interviews were at different locations so planning was a little difficult if you don’t know the area.
There are three interviews. The first one was with a recruiter, the second one is in the stores and the third one is with the big boss. I didn’t get to the third interview. They seemed desperate for people and that was a red flag to me.
