3 interviews, first was basically screening/prep with HR mananger for second and third interviews. second interview took place with branch/area managers after a 1 hour branch observation, and third interview was with regional manager. definately a huge stress on sales and customer service

Straightforward and only competency based questions no technical questions. Very easy to prepare for mostly focus on skills based questions and situation based things e.g can you tell me about a time when....

straight forward and quick with good communication. Started with a phone call to get to know me more and speak through future aspirations and then a more formal interview discussing compentencies

very easy and laid back, asked about 5 questions, not difficult at all. the person doing my interview was super nice and made the interviewing process a lot less stressful and nerve racking.
