I completed the application online and completed the web based tests which consisted of a mock call center environment. After passing the test, I received a call approximately two days later from someone who schedule me for a phone interview an entire month later. The questions were pretty standard for a CSR based position including situation based problem solving. The training is 4 weeks long and on Monday of the first week my cable company needed to work on the line leaving me without internet for an hour and on the very last day of training my computer completely crashed, I bought a new one but I was let go for having two technical issues during training, which turned out to be the best thing ever because two weeks later I got a position making almost twice as much.
