First there was a phone screen interview and 2 days later I got the in person interview. Controller and the Accounting Supervisor interviewed me. I interviewed on a Thursday and was told that I would definitively hear back the following Monday. I did not hear back even after 2 weeks.

I applied online. About 2 days later, I received an e-mail asking me to schedule a phone interview. Process took about a week. The interview itself was less than three minutes. I was asked EXACTLY the same questions that I already answered at the end of the online job application. It was obvious the interviewer didn't read my application beyond my contact information.
