Applied online and recieved a call about 5 days later. Once I completed the 5 min. interview they scheduled a 30 min phone interview. A lot of basic questions about yourself and your previous jobs. Set up for another interview next week.

Good interview the lady was very nice and asked some basic questions first and once we connected and talked more she began testing my mind a little bit more. overall a great experience.

I had three round of interviews the first and last weren’t that bad, but my second interview with the district manager, I sweat so much. It was really intense. They want competitive people, so most everyone is an athlete. The job itself is long hours, and highly tracked activy and sales.

3rd interview is with senior leadership who assess long term fit and commitment.
