I had two employee referrals with this company.It is good to have atleast one if you actually want to get an interview. I receive a phone interview about two days after I submitted the online resume. The phone interview is very basic and is just making sure you meet the qualifications ( willing to work 50+ hours,accept $31,500 salary,and etc). Then the next interview is with the recruiter in person. My recruiter went over the basic questions and asked about my resume.It lasted maybe 20 minutes and he stated he would contact me with information for my 2nd interview. You will receive all of the information in an e-mail.It will go over the location,and key people you will need to meet with at the Enterprise Rent A Car Location. When you get to the location you will start the "observation " phase of the interview.You pretty much follow a worker around and watch them perform their job for like an hour. This person will have an impact on if you get hired or not . So make sure to be nice to them and ask plenty of questions. The area manager will come and get you for the interview with just them. She asked about items on my resume. Then asked "what was the worst day at work I had ever had","why should we hire you", and that was about it. I receive an e-mail a week later stating they could not hire me because of the answers I provided them with in the interview. I was honest,have never been in any legal trouble,and had the perfect answers to all the questions. My referrals even told me the best way to answer the questions.I found out from one of my referrals that the reason I did not get hired was because I did not seem very excited to be their and I did not smile enough..
