Two step process. First - on campus interview. Second - interview with the area manager. The first interview was very easy. I knew I made it to the second interview before the interview even ended. The person interviewing me asked simple questions, but they do want to see how the experience that you have can help you in your internship. The most important is to be positive and enthusiastic. The interview with the area manager was slightly disappointing, because of the way him in particular treated me; he wasn't as professional.
