El proceso tomó 4 semanas. Acudí a una entrevista en Enterprise Mobility en ene 2012

      Entrevista

Process started after I applied on the company website. If you pass some simple questions online such as 'Do you have a valid driver's liscense?", you will probably be contacted for an interview. I received an e-mail from a regional HR director a few days later to schedule my first interview (the process consists of 3 interviews). For each interview you need to dress like you already have the job. For men this requires a suit, solid white shirt, and tie. You must also take a copy of your resume to each interview for each of the people you will meet with. My first interview was with the HR director I had been in contact with. This was a very comfortable interview with the lady basically "selling" me the job and making it sound like a great opportunity. She also asked some general questions regarding how to deal with customers, career goals, etc. Study the questions people have posted on this site. I found them very helpful. Also go on the enterprise website and take notice of some general company info. The 1st interview went really well and she told me she wanted to schedule a 2nd interview. The 2nd interview was scheduled at the branch I would be working at. Before the interview they had me observe the activities of the branch for an hour. Next an employee went over a checklist that gave some general info about pay, hours, opportunity for advancement, etc. Then the actual interview started. I was supposed to interview with both the branch manager and the Area manager, but the branch manager was too busy. The interview with the area manager was similar to the 1st interview and went very well. I was asked more general questions but with more focus on why I was interested in the company and my career goals. He told me at the end of the interview they would evaluate and let me know if I would be given a 3rd interview. The next day I got the call to schedule the 3rd and final interview. I had read online this last interview was mostly a formality and that if you got the 3rd interview, you could count on getting the job. This was not the case for me. I met with the Regional VP for my 3rd interview which started off well. He seemed very friendly and we made some small talk. But shortly after this point he began asking some uncomfortable questions like what companies I was interviewing with, how far I had made it in the process with those companies, if they had offered me jobs, etc. This struck me as really unprofessional and caught me off-guard to say the least. Next he grilled me about my resume and accused me of being a "job hopper". I was offended by this because I had worked a grand total of 2 jobs in the 4 years since graduating college. I had also stuck with each position FAR longer than most. I tried to assure him I was trying to find a job with long term stability, which is the truth, but he seemed to have his mind made up. He then said he didn't "sense the energy" from me required from the job. I had to fight not to laugh in his face at such an ignorant comment, especially from someone in upper management! He was a loud outspoken guy and I'm laid back but positive, upbeat, very polite & professional. After allowing me to ask some questions he told me he would consult with the Area manager from the 2nd interview, and that it was the area manager's decision in the end. The next day I got an e-mail from the HR director informing me I didn't get the job. I think the regional VP basically told the Area manager not to hire me in the end. What's really sad is I'm way overqualified for the job, but was open to taking it because the job market is so tough right now.
