You have to qualify for a management position by passing an oral competency exam, known as the GRILL. The Grill consists of 5-6, 2-3 person panels represented by the heads of each specific department. After your qualify for a management position, you can apply for any open jobs. The questions asked are basic business knowledge and how you can improve each branches core areas effectively

Phone screen, interview with a recruiting manager, interview with branch and area manager, then once you move on you meet with the Vice President and once you meet with him your pretty much approved.
