Met with a college recruiter on my campus who was incredibly easy to talk to. He asked quite a few situational based questions. It's good if you have some experience in sales, and also good if you can handle a heavy workload.
From there I met with the area manager, who again asked many situational based (tell me about a time when.......) questions. Finally, I met with the branch manager at the branch I would be working at. Everyone was friendly and easy to talk to.

Describe a time you went out of the way to help a customer?
The first interview was with the Talent Acquisition Regional Manager, and the second interview was with the Branch Manager. Relatively easy, they ask you questions about sales and your resume

Felt very robotic, lasted about half an hour. Recruiting girl does a lot of talking. Overall a very normal interview in terms of questions. They are very big in promoting from within the company.
