Me postulé a través de una recomendación de un empleado. El proceso tomó 5 días. Acudí a una entrevista en Enterprise Mobility (Dallas, TX) en ene 2012
Entrevista
Actually rented a car from Enterprise after being in an accident (not my fault) and got to talking to the guy (a Management trainee). Talked about how he got the job and how long he'd been there. etc. He recommended I apply online and sent an e-mail to his Talent Acquisition Specialist to expect my application. I applied two days later, received an e-mail and call the next day to come in for an interview later that week (no phone interview). Interviewed with the TAS, it was somewhat short (30 minutes or so) but I felt I answered the questions well, wasn't sure I'd get the 2nd interview. The next day, got a call from her to schedule a two-part 2nd interview with an hour observation at a branch and then an interview with an Area Manager.
2nd interview was scheduled for 8AM, came in and introduced myself to the staff (including the guy who referred me, who was there) and talked with them for 15-20 minutes. Luckily it was early and not busy yet, so got to talk with them about the job and company. All were enthusiastic, engaging, and seemed to like their job. Very back and forth with me. Then the branch manager came out and talked with me, was real enthusiastic, talked to me for 30 minutes again talking about the job, selling the company and advancement opportunities. Then was told I needed to go to another location to interview with the area manager (1/2 mile away, so who cares). Interviewed with him, was pretty intense and no fluff. Went well. Was e-mailed the next day by the recruiter to do the final inteview with a Regional VP later that same day. Could not make it. Area Manager called me the next day to debrief our interview and offered me.

More conversational than a typical interview style making it much more in depth and interesting. As a candidate you also get to know how the person across you made it to where they are now, using the same trainings you would eventually learn.

What would you do differently than other potential candidates to become an amazing MT.
It was an average difficulty interview with the most standard, basic questions. The interviewer had a deadpan, annoyed face and looked and sounded like she didn't want to be there. I didn't prepare for it and didn't pass, but I don't think most people will have a problem if they just prepare beforehand
Over the phone, Called me from a headhunter and talked about the role and asked if i was interested, then a 30 minute conversation with a recruiter at the branch to see if i was a fit, then in person
