I applied in person and was called the next day. I met with one of the managers. He started by just asking questions about myself/ He made me feel very comfortable so the interview wasn't stressful and was casual. He asked a few typical interview questions like my strengths and weaknesses. This interview lasted about 15 minutes. I was lucky at the time because the GM was also in at the time. So immediately after the initial interview, I also interviewed with the GM. I was asked at the end of that interview when I could start.
