Behavior based panel interview. Asked mostly situational type questions, nothing out of the ordinary. They also asked a lot of question about past work experience and why are you looking to leave your current employer.

If assigned to a take with a coworker who's having family issues, how would you deal with he or she in terms of role related to the task?
Human Resources conducted an initial phone screen to determine qualifications for the posted position. A week or so later, an interview was scheduled with the Direct Supervisor. This interview with the direct supervisor involved basic questions about past experience.
