There was Initial phone call with the CTO and he contacted me through my Linked in and then after couple of emails he called me and spoke to me about the company and was trying to show of some European accent , instead of clearly communicating about what the company is. For gods sake I didn't even apply for the company, they reached me . He went technical, which was a easy for and then called onsite . The people onsite are a bunch of non sense people.
