I did an interview with few people in the engineering team. First one was introduction. They asked about my background and we thought I would be a good match. Second one, I was asked few algorithmic questions. They never called back.

They reached out on LinkedIn, and I spoke to their growth force person. They asked for a very detailed resume. I spoke with one of their founders and an engineer, going through full stack experience.

Complete waste of time. At the scheduled time I called the co founder but:
- she didn't seem to expect a call - she was in the middle of something and had to put me on hold for a few minutes
- seemed like she was looking at my resume for the very first time and already decided I wasn't a good fit
- asked questions in a very condescending tone
I didn't feel she was qualified to screen engineers.
