After applying online for this position, I had to pass through a three stage process:
- General interview (about my experience, nothing tricky)
- Test (come up with a promotion. They sent me the task by email and I replied before the deadline)
- Meeting the senior manager. It looks like at that stage they have already made their decision

It was a long process, 2 months with 3 types of enterviews and a practical test. First enterview was with HHRR, second with Line Manager and third with the Head of.
