Talked with two of the 3 people I'd been told to expect; very general questions around approach and successes/failures in other roles. VP of Sales was a little arrogant in his body language. Told me I'd work 'harder than I ever had" and then offered almost 20% under my current OTE. Seriously, who would go to work for less money these days? Signing bonus was added but had a 2 year recovery period...unheard of in the industry.
