A process from start to offer in ~3 weeks. Fast, efficient, transparent throughout. I was referred by an agency, enjoying the open and engaging process. First round with internal recruiter, then hiring manager, followed by a panel presentation and a final cultural fit with the MD. Open and two way conversations initially to understand the role, fit and responsibilities. The panel interview was incredibly enjoyable and the calibre / seniority of Ensono attendees reflects the seriousness they take to hire and find the right cultural fit. A fairly lengthy vetting process following offer which is to be expected based on the nature of work and the audit requirements from customers.
