I had four rounds of interviews with Ensono: 2 phone, 1 web panel and an on-site 1/2 day session. My first sign of an issue was that the key job requirements would change at each round and with each person I met with. The most senior person I interviewed with gave the impression this was more of a tech support role than a relationship/account manager type of role. Everything still went well until after the on-site visit that required a flight and overnight stay. Even though the on-site meetings were positive, I got “ghosted” by Ensono going forward. The recruiter and hiring manager stopped responding to me and offered no follow up for 3 weeks. I am currently employed (making over $100k) and have a family to so traveling to Chicago for an overnight stay on short notice for an interview was risky and required several changes to my schedule. I was very disappointed in how they just blew me off. To make matters worse I incurred approximately $100 in travel expenses and requested reimbursement by Ensono. I got no response despite a few requests. I was shocked by this level of unprofessionalism and disregard for a job candidate. I eventually received a form letter email indicating they we’re moving forward with other candidates. If this is how potential employees are treated I can only cringe to think how current employees and customers are treated. Stay classy Ensono!
