I applied on their site and the application was quite lengthy. A few days later, I was contacted by TA saying they are very impressed and want to learn more about me and requested me to answer 10 questions and attach my resume. One of the questions was about my desired salary range. The questions were very redundant and could have been included in the initial application process or asked in a basic phone screening. It was like I had to submit an application twice. Within 40 minutes of submitting my answers with my resume (which they could've located on my application), I received a generic rejection email from their ATS Workday saying that "After careful review, the decision has been made to pursue other candidates." What a waste of a candidate's time and effort. This company has no regard for candidate experience. After reading all the past employee reviews of poor pay, I think my desired salary range excluded me from consideration, which is understandable, but please if this is a deal breaker, why not include your range in the job description or ask in the FIRST application. This makes me think Ensemble HP will only work and burn out employees for such little pay. Don't bother.
