Thank you for your honest opinion. We are always working to make our interview process better while still maintaining the rigorousness that has lead to a stellar team. Our own success may be in the way as it is truly a monumental task to make some interviews happen. Between the growth in the business and manufacturing and international growth... key people travel a lot and getting a slice of calendar time reminds me of the old saying "it can be like nailing jell-o to a wall".
