After beginning the process at a career fair, and having an onsite interview there, I went to the headquarters for follow-up interviews. The initial interview had three sections: mathematics, technical, behavioral, with one or two relatively standard questions in each section. At headquarters, there was a series of 1:1 interviews. Interviews included things like: analyzing a data set on the fly using whatever statistical software package you wanted, business case analysis, technical/programming session. Most of the interviews focused less on talking about the resume, and more on what you were capable of doing.

Entrevista
The process was very thorough. Had a quick phone screen with the recruiter, followed by a two-day assessment test. Was then screened by a manager.
After that was called on site for four rounds of interview. Cannot reveal the questions as I signed an NDA. But overall, the process was well thought through, very impressive.

Entrevista
The interview process consists of on-campus case interview and on-site superday. The employees were very friendly and the environment was very welcoming. The case interview tested business analysis, statistical regression and coding skills, which were again tested in a more extensive way during the superday. The case interview was a bit confusing since there weren't enough time/tools to give out an exact answer, but what they looked for is the thought process.

Entrevista
It is a phone interview. Actually the title is just analyst in general. The person interview me is very nice. He first introduced himself and ask me to introduce myself as well and then ask me a case about loan, including default rate. I do not think I did a good job in this case. So he go over the case with me step by step. Finally, he ask me whether I know SAS and SQL.
