I met with the CEO and the Director of Logistics for approximately one hour (the HR Manager was also scheduled to be there but did not attend). We discussed the company, the role and my work experience as a Quality Assurance Manager in the aerospace parts supplier industry. Both gentleman participated in the interview, but the Director of Logistics asked the majority of the questions.
